Q: How are the plants shipped?
A: Every plant is carefully packaged using boxes and custom padding to keep it secure. We ship quickly, and all plants are inspected before leaving the nursery to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to grow.
Q: Do you offer any sort of guarantee?
A: Yes! We offer an Alive Arrival Guarantee. If your plant doesn’t arrive healthy, simply provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
